À propos

About me: I am a multi-passionate artist from Southern California. I cannot really define myself as just one thing. I am an illustrator, but I also enjoy other creative endeavors like crafts and handmade, 3D, sculpture, mixed media, painting and designing WordPress websites. I love to learn new things and enjoy meeting extraordinary people who inspire me. My goal is to gain financial independence through my art business so I can travel the world and experience different cultures and adventures. About my work: You are not going to find cute little teddy bears and happy smiling babies in my work. If you are looking for cutsy wutsy, you are in the wrong place. My work is all about monsters, dragons and all sorts of fantasy creatures. It can be cute, but only in a creepy kind of way. My work is a profusion of intricate details, organic flowing lines and a touch of a little Art Nouveau here and there. I grew up with a love for dark fairy tales and a deep admiration for Children Book illustrators like Arthur Rackham and Edmund Dulac. Fantasy art for me has always been a way to escape into another world. I believe that an illustrated book should be like a window into a realm of possibilities and adventure, a playground of imagination and fun. And that is exactly what I do—bring stories to life through illustration. There is nothing more exciting for me then to give you a glimpse into a strange new world where anything is possible.
