The kaupapa of our Whakaahua Māori clothing label "Tūturu Clothing Design Co" is to create clothing that represents Te Ao Māori in a positive way. Tūturu means to be permanent, real, and true - to yourself and to your roots. This represents what we aspire to create with our mahi. All our clothing is 100% Māori designed right here in Aotearoa. Each of our designs is carefully thought out and full of meaning. We want our clothes to inspire pride in the unique beauty of Aotearoa and for the people wearing them to feel empowered, uplifted and confident.
