Every day should start the day with intention. Most entrepreneurs make the mistake to create massive to-do lists. The problem with to-do lists is that 65-80% of the items on the list don't get done. When you set an intention for the day, you have a bigger chance to achieve the intention. Once you set your intentions, you prioritize 2-3 things priorities for the day. No more than 3. Being grateful helps you to feel positive emotions and relish food experiences. Meditation or breathing helps to keep you calm. And it is also a great time to speak to God. Because we are always so busy during the day we forget to keep hydrated. But it is important to keep hydrated, it helps us to think more clearly, and also improves our sleep. As entrepreneurs, we need to work daily on our goals. We start with the intention/milestone for the week. The to-do list is there to brain dump everything but NOT do to do all the items. You should also dedicate them. It is also important to celebrate wins, it does keep us positive and inspiring for the next day. It seems like a lot, but when you do this daily you will soon realize that this planner keeps you on track with your day and your priorities.
