Ugobags Customized Luggage

Only had the bag since late February and only one big trip - Kauai from Atlanta, GA - and it seems the bag got "dinged" in the overhead and the clear coating is peeling on one corner area. Like the bag, for the most part, but this is disappointing.

This was a gift for my granddaughter who is a soccer finatic. She didn't have a nice sturdy suitcase and this one is not only made well, but the soccer balls are so vibrant!

The luggage itself is awesome. So much utility for a carry-on bag. Lots of zippered pouch compartments to keep everything from getting everywhere. And it has a TSA approved lock and a dust cover! Love it.

The printing is terrific. Love the way it wraps around the top and bottom. So happy the bumpers, wheels and handle color matches the design perfectly. She's gorgeous.

I absolutely love that I have my very own customized suitcase! So fun to not only use my artwork but also pick the colors of the trim. AND, it's a great solid suitcase!!

Great suitcase but the design I picked I thought would resemble glitter a bit more its more of a marble look so if you're looking for something resembling bling or sparkly this is not it.

Print is very durable and held up to three months of travel looking almost brand new. They look new once I was able to wipe dirt of them from airplane. but that will happen to any suitcase.

There were no errors from what I can see.

I’m a little disappointed with the packaging. It did not come with an instruction manual. It came wrapped in a rough cloth with finger prints all over the bag. We had to watch YouTube videos to learn how to set up the lock being that there was no instruction manual that came with the bag. The tab of one of the zippers is missing on the inside of the bag. It basically arrived like it was someone else’s returned item. If you want your thin blue line bag to arrive in perfect condition then this is not the bag for you or the price you want to pay.

The colors on the bag did not reflect the pictured item online. The color of the blue line is a darker royal blue where as the pictures item is a bright blue.

Was looking for this as a gift.... It is exactly what I wanted. ! It was monogramed and shipped Way before I thought it would be ... Great quality suitcase and beautiful Artwork !

On my way to my honeymoon vacation. In the airport I was stopped several times and asked about my personalized luggage. The quality of the lettering is NOT cheap looking. The luggage have a lot of room. GREAT that you can customize the color of your wheels. I will be ordering another as a gift.

It appeared to look cheaply made and the plastic casing easily bent. Also, when it arrived I noticed a piece of the shiny part was missing towards the top.

I did appreciate the overall appearance besides the comments above. The printing looked as expected
