TipSee is a membership-based service developed specifically to benefit and perpetuate the visual arts. Our primary intent is to provide a venue for the general public to become active patrons for the arts. Small contributions add up, and any contribution is helpful to the artists. TipSee's primary intent is to act as a space for monetary transactions (tips / donations) between the public audience and the artists.
