There are flavors, dishes, and moments we remember vividly. Food can be a time capsule for the heart. Helping to make a special occasion even more special and creating ephemera that can make these memories last even longer is what I hope to offer. My name is Dot Johnson. I’ve helped create stories and brands for hotels and restaurants for nearly a decade, my ancestors were New Orleans chefs, Hudson Valley farmers, incomparable hosts, and eloquent toast-givers. I was raised in a restaurant, have way too many cousins, never miss a chance to cook with my Mom, and I really love to turn gatherings into the gift of art.
