Hi my name is Ashlee and I am The Aussie Coeliac. I was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease at the age of 6 in 1998. Having to adjust wasn't so bad for me as a kid, although I did get picked on a bit. Living through the struggles I wanted to help those who are diagnosed and living gluten free in Australia so I created The Aussie Coeliac.
