I thought this was going to come out looking like a gold, metallic pin. It's not high quality and looks really matte, so it didn't fit the bill at all.

My mistake, but I ordered name badge for a friend who has a pacemaker and she can’t have magnets I can’t find out how to order just the pin backing … No chat or customer service to contact.

Hello, I am writing this review to express my frustration. I am unable to contact the seller so this is my only way - I only received 1/2 name tags that were purchased and on top of that, it is not magnetic at all. The pin is a sticker that just sticks to the back of the plastic.

It arrived just as designed and I received a lot of good comments on it. Unfortunately, I did not store it well when I was not wearing it. After a few weeks the color is now scratched off in multiple places, and I can't really wear it any more. Lesson learned.

Very flimsy! Not durable and if I cannot get a refund I will have to discard them because no way I can gift this to anyone.
