The image was printed over creased bags so there are giant folds running through it, also the image was printed too high so that when folded at the top (as shown in the advertisement), the image is cut off. I was unable to use them.

I received the fans assembled incorrectly and are unusable. I ordered two separate fan designs and they switched the images to be on one fan(front only) then the other fan order had both backs(Type on White) Please reprocess these correctly and send again

We've loved ordering these name tags because of the ease of using this site, but sadly the print quality has not been great. I've attached a pic of the name tags to highlight two concerns. First, the print on the nametags is rubbing off. You can see Brittany is starting to fade and we've had to write in Sarafaith's name. Also the logo and line in between is starting to rub off as well. The second issue is the blank name tags. We only use dry erase markers but they absorb the ink and don't rub off, even with magic erasers, Dawn soap, and many other attempts, they still leave a stain. Unfortunately, we are going to have to go a different route for new name tags.

The quality of the shot glasses is great! However very upsetting that 1 of the shot glasses came broken. I think packaging of this item should've been more secured. I filed a claim but haven't heard back from anyone.
