Nightmare - first order arrived with no logos, the second order arrived with logos on only two of six folders.

I ordered and received these gorgeous animal themed file folders. Spent nearly $40 for 6 files total (price of folders + shipping). They arrived in a heavy cardboard envelope. Unfortunately, all 6 of them had a crease down the middle. I reached out to Zazzle to complain and was told I needed to provide a photo to "prove" what I was saying. No amateur photo I took would show the damage to their products. So, I stacked 8-10 heavy books on top of their files to flatten out said creases. For about 5 days. Nope, creases still there. The moral of the story? Send your files in a BOX, Zazzle. At $5+ a file, that's the very least you could do. And sadly, you just lost a customer. For life. P.S. I'll be amazed if this review is actually posted. LOL

Turned out spectacular! Photos came out perfect. Putting them on the rope was the hardest part mostly due to trial & error. Instructions would be good to avoid frustration. But it came out perfect and the birthday party starts tomorrow. Can't wait for birthday girl to see it!
