The first one they sent did have a small mark that shouldn't have been there but I let them know and they sent a new one right away with quicker shipping. Great customer service!

Clear and just like I wanted

This is a simple glass, but it is of excellent quality. Reminds me of a glass you would get in a restaurant when ordering a beverage. Would definitely design on this product again.

This is such a fun glass to use for a Tequila Mary, which is my way to enjoy a Bloody Mary. I will hand wash it, so as not to disturb the lettering.

I was surprised at the quality of the glass as I expected a thin inexpensive looking glass. It has some heft to it and my sister will love it.

I really liked how the photos turned out on the glass because they were very crisp, as if you’re looking at them on an album. I was worried it was going to come out great because of the glass but the pictures were great!

I love my tumbler! I had purchased one before and accidentally knocked it off my counter and it cracked the lid and top of the cup. I ordered this as a replacement because I love this cup so much!

The printing is great! The color is slightly different than the photos however that is to be expected with the lighting of computer/phone screens and such. The print is high quality and does not fade or wear after many many washes. - I hand wash mine. So very happy with this!
