Hi, I’m Kristen! I created Strong with Purpose to share and connect along this journey of mindfulness, healing, and living. I’m into meditating, reading, writing, and creating art / music / websites / graphics. I’m fascinated with energy, consciousness, and the mysteries of the universe. I love being outside, especially when I’m hanging out with my pups Mochi and Waffles, reading a book, hiking, or swimming. I’m dedicated to this journey—expressing, experiencing, and moving towards our collective growth and healing. I crave community and connection with anyone who is interested in having deep, growth-inducing conversations. I take art requests! :)
