Spiritwood Designs

I've always been a fan of the pinup art seen on WWII bombers like the famous Memphis Belle, and thought how fun it would be to create similar designs. It took a couple of years, and many revisions to establish a style I was happy with. It was these pin ups that became the base of my Fantasy Collection. From there it was only a small step to turn "my girls" into mermaids. Then, somewhere along the line, a friend asked about working with her on a book of Fairy poems that she wanted to publish. While her poem book never got off the ground, it did inspire me to add fairies to my fantasy portfolio. You know how mischevious pixies can be, they refused to be overlooked.
