I recently placed my order and neglected to put that I needed a rush. I contacted customer service late on a Friday (I needed the product by the following Friday) not expecting to hear anything until Monday. I was amazed that I got a response from customer service over the weekend and they were able to accommodate my request.

The plates I ordered for my in-laws 75th wedding anniversary turned out perfect! Everyone at the party commented how nice they were. I could not be any happier with the product and customer service I received.

Plan to use in honor of new mama for a baby shower in the near future. Fits our 'princess" theme perfectly and the colors are what the expectant mama requested.
