Overall design is pretty and fits our wildflower theme, but colors are kind of washed out. Size of plates is fine, but not sturdy enough to hold much food.

Hello. The plates I ordered were blue, but what I received was gray. Additionally, the plates were bent and more than a week sitting under heavy books could not correct that. I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts. I was just going to chalk it up to bad luck and simply take my business elsewhere. Thank you.

These plates came out perfectly!

These expensive plates I ordered for this week shower have arrived curled and won’t sit flat because they were just in a bag with zero protection. They even rock and won’t go back flat and I am very very disappointed with how these were packed and shipped.

The plates are perfect. I love them. The only problem was I ordered them on the 9th for a party on the 19th. Missed the party by one day. Oh well. Will use them next year!

I had a very disappointing experience with Zazzle. I ordered custom plates for an important event, but they were never delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was hoping they could offer a solution—such as expediting production or shipping—but instead, the plan was just to cancel my order. This left me scrambling at the last minute for a high-profile client, putting my business and reputation at risk. While the representatives were polite, the lack of urgency or willingness to find a solution was incredibly frustrating. If you're ordering custom products, I would think twice before relying on Zazzle.

I am so disappointed with Zazzle. The plates I received were not cut right. The edges were not even like the machine or cutter skip on every last plate. I can’t believe you would even send them out like that. Your customer service is horrible that’s why you don’t want to talk to anyone. Your merchandise is too expensive to not be top quality. I have used you in the past but no more. I would like a full refund. If I don’t get a response I will post the product on fb and tell everyone about the poor quality.

Expensive but cheap paper plates. Did not hold up to a hamburger and potato salad. Not recommended.

I was so pleased with how the plates turned out. Designer was very helpful before I placed order, and got the project done fast and shipped quickly.

The graphics were beautiful and just what I requested, however the plates are so thin and flimsy I had to buy regular paper plates to put under them so our guests could actually put food on them. They were thinner than dollar store paper plates. Would not purchase again. Very disappointing.

Plates were just what I needed for a party! Sturdy, pretty and added to the theme!
