I wanted the product pictured but I received a completely different product instead. Well, they were plates but it said something completely different and the design was different. I would please like to have the correct product sent to me

I absolutely love zazzle! They did a fantastic job on my son's first birthday plates. I wasn't satisfied with how my first order was with the larger plates. I wanted them to look like the smaller plates I ordered and they took care of the problem above and beyond! I will always have custom stuff made from them and give them my business because of how well they handled my order. I love the plates and I'm so excited to show them off!! I would recommend them a million times! Best customer service I've ever had!

The printing came out really good despite using my own image. It’s not perfect but they did a great job with printing what I added.

Had a great experience with my order. I had not updated my new address and did not realize it until I got the email that my order had been shipped.Notified Zazzle customer service and when my package was returned to them they resent my order at no additional shipping charges to me.

I didn't want them personalized, they left the original ( Add your custom text ) to all the napkins and plates that I ordered. Emailed them about the mistake and they told me it was mine!

I loved the product but because it was shipped in a bubble pack the plates were folded in half when they arrived. I couldn’t give them as the gift I intended. You should rethink your shipping package. It was wasted money for me. Very disappointed.

I LOVED my 7 inch plates, but for some reason when the same picture went onto my 9 inch plates it was a lot smaller where the writing is and the green leaves hardly show at the bottom. I was hoping they looked exactly like the 7 inch plates that I ordered. Not sure how to contact the maker.

The colors were very nice but the size print and location of the leaves on my 9 inch plate were not where they were supposed to be. If they are willing to fix this they would get perfect stars. Unsure how to contact the maker.

Beautiful color, design and lettering was great!

Yellow color is drab and does not match ANY yellow decor. I have to use it anyway but it makes me sad that the rest of the shower decorations are in such a nice soft lemony yellow and those plates are .......sad.
