I haven’t received my item and it’s looking like my item will not arrive for my event. I paid a great deal extra so that my item would arrive timely. I received a message on 5/20 saying that my item would arrive the day before my event. Now, I have received a message saying it won’t arrive until 3 days AFTER my event.

I wouldn’t know because I didn’t receive my item. Oh, and below….I’d live to submit pictures but again, my item never arrived,

Ordered these for my daughter's birthday party. Birthday came and went, still haven't received the plates, even though I was assured by Zazzle on 3 different occasions that they would be here on time. SO what do we have now? 1 very broken-hearted birthday girl and her 2 VERY ANGRY parents. Total waste of time and money. Will not be ordering again.

They really need to make sure that the color of the plates look the same as the color on the web site . I received green plates instead of Platinum. I’m very disappointed and my event was this weekend. Due to them making the mistake . I received that they would send out my next set and never received in a timely matter. I say to the customer be very careful. Thank you
