I'm Chrysta. I'm a mom, a widow, and a multi-certified fitness instructor with over a decade of experience in helping people discover and rediscover a love of movement and exercise. I started this store because I want you to be able to carry my encouragement and charming wit with you into all of your workouts whether it's a virtual pilates class, an in-person HIIT workout, or the grocery store during peak hours.
