After a "traumatizing" incident with a VHS camera (If you are under 40, look it up), where my mom called me "husky" because I had to get the "husky pants" during back to school shopping, I made a decision that I would get a 6-Pack like those guys I saw in the fitness magazines (we did not have internet back then, believe it or not). I tried on my own and my lack of knowledge and direction, and love for eating pizza, icecream and cheeseburgers made my results mediocre at best. At 27 years old, I hired a coach who helped me go from chubby to shredded in just 12 weeks and win and international physique transformation contest. People started asking me if I could help them do the same thing, and I knew I had found my God given mission. Almost 25 years later my team and I have helped tens of thousands of men and women transform their bodies and health. What started off as a fitness company has evolved into a community of successful high achievers who want to live live to the fullest, hence my "Love your Life Mastermind." Love your life is all about living a life you love to wake up to everyday. This is different for everyone, but I believe you must have these 3 things: 1) Health - "A man with his health has a 1,000 dreams. A sick man has only one" 2) Money - We live on an economic plan. Money gives you options. 3) Freedom - If you have all the money in the world, and even your health, but no time to spend doing the things you love with the people you care about the most, you don't have true wealth. Now, at over 50 years old, still with 6 -pack abs (and still eating pizza, icecream and cheeseburgers :), a family, business, clients and life I love, I couldn't be more grateful!
