Jay Blakesberg is a San Francisco-based photographer whose work appears regularly in many magazines, including Guitar Player, Rolling Stone and Harp. Over the last 20 years his photographic rock and roll journey has seen him work with many legendary artists including The Grateful Dead, Carlos Santana, Tom Waits, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, and Primus to name just a few. He has published several books of his work including “Waking Up With A Placebo Headwound - Images of The Flaming Lips from The Archives of Jay Blakesberg and J.
