It took a little longer than expected for the delivery. Then on the back side of the pillow case where it has the shark it's upside down from the side where it has my son's name. So you can't just turn it over and use the other side of it because it's upside down. Also that side with just the shark on it has like a tannish looking color I'm not sure if it's supposed to be there? It almost looks like a stain of some sort. I'm not very happy with my order and I was really happy with my daughter's pillow case when we ordered hers a few years ago. Is there anyway I can get another pillow case sent to me l?

This entire process was a mess. I ordered two of these comforters for a rental unit that I have. I live hours away from the rental unit, but I was going out there to prep for guests for a weekend, so I specifically ordered an item that would arrive well before I left (they were supposed to arrive 5 days before I left). Except, instead of the comforters arriving before I left, I got notified that they hadn't even been dropped off at the shipper by the time I left. I contact zazzle multiple times, and we arranged for them to be sent 2 day air to the rental location instead (which would have worked). Except that they sent them 2 day air to my home address. So they arrived a week late, and at the wrong address. I'm going to keep them because they're nice comforter covers. But I had to spend $132 to buy other comforters for our guests for that weekend, and zazzle is not interested in returning that cost to me. They have offered me $19 back in shipping costs, which isn't even close to what they cost me. So, if you are in no hurry at all, and want to trust that zazzle won't somehow screw the order up, I would say to order these. But if you need them on any sort of timeline, or are adverse to hassle and bad customer service, I wouldn't buy them.
