The editing software is intuitive. In a few minutes, I was able to design my badge.

The badge is printed in waterproof quality. This is necessary for my classes. We paint!

looked amazing out of the package. everything down to the colors are perfect. will be ordering again sometime soon.

The badge is great quality. Arrives on time. I gave a 4 star because once I order, I have to wait for an email and then send an email to customer support. This has delayed shipment of order at times. As a busy HR Generalist, this is one more task that is added to my list of to-do's and is inefficient. If this step could be bypassed the product would get a 5 star.

Thickness of badge is nice, a little thinner than I was expecting The font is a little blurry and smaller than I expected considering size of badge
