Based on the material alone, it was a great ornament.

The printing was not well done. I used a high res, appropriate sized image, but it came through blurry in the print, not very clear. It was a gift, so I had to give it, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of the photo printing.

Lots of squeals of delight with this gift! This turned out so darling! I bought it for my 12 year old niece so she could have her precious puppy with her always. Great quality, unique gift and quick shipping! What's not to like! :-)

I ordered these cuff links for my son for Christmas and they did not arrive. I contacted Zazzle and they immediately responded by replacing the cuff links that were lost. I’m so upset because I paid extra money to have this item delivered to me within 2-5 business days. My best friend funeral tomorrow and I wanted to wear the chain on top of it I won’t be in town to get it. Because I had it shipped to my grandma house so it’ll be here before I get in town😡😡😡

This is the third time I have personalized and purchased this ornament for a grieving pet parent. The quality is excellent and ability to personalize it is perfect. It is packaged in a felt bag with a bow. The Angel Who Journey quote is beautiful and comforting for pet parents to remember their dogs who have gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

The product design was even better in person. The printing was sharp and clear, colors bright and ability to personalize and edit the final product easy. I would definitely recommend this quality ornament.
