About

A midwest girl to the core, I grew up in southern Wisconsin, Cuba City. After college, I moved to LA and spent time there experiencing a different type of lifestyle. Although I loved California, the midwest called me back and I moved to Madison which is a great balance of the things I love about the midwest and the west coast. Madison, with its stunning hillsides, four seasons, creative and unique folks and a laid back approach, is a melting pot of constant inspiration and unique people. My Schooling consists of graphic design, art and interior design. I found my true passion was for 3D visual art. My career in art has ranged from graphic design, production, art directing, and print advertising. Working in artsy studios to advertising agencies I have seen a lot. After years chained to a computer, and with two little ones running, I began to break up all of that screen time by getting my hands dirty doing 3D art. Over the years, I have enjoyed so many projects, from sidewalk chalk art, Graphic design / logos, large scale murals and sewing. I’m a proponent of keeping it real. Life is meant to be lived, and things occasionally get messy especially when you have kids. I like to embrace the realness, and let the natural wear and tear of life shine through in my artwork. I do my best to communicate an all natural aesthetic throughout my design work. Wanting to make something fun that brings people together I thought hey! Wait! Who does not love an old fashioned supper club? Who has not been to one if you are a Wisconsin native and who does not love to talk about all the cool old drinks and fun memories you had going to one as a kid.
