The product came in one time and what was expected, however, the make of the actual portfolio is a little cheap and flimsy and there is no large pocket inside to store printer size paper nor any notes that are taken using the notepad contained within. Otherwise, in regards to the vendor, the product was supplied as expected. Thank you!

the quality of the ornament was good, though it was very late in arriving. Missed xmas and was ordered 1 month ahead

the color match and the resolution of the image was great in both cases. The image did not stick securely in place however.
