I was very happy with this ornament. It's a nice solid item. The delivery was a problem, the first shipment got lost when it was handed over from UPS to the Post Office and tracking just stalled. Zazzle did duplicate the order and shipped express, however it was not in time for Christmas. So my recommendation would be to early in November if you are needing it for the holidays. Image quality was very nice.
