Mirrors and too not glued well. One mirror fell out and broke the first time I opened it.

I made this water bottle design for my stepson on Father's Day from his Dad (my husband), and Tom loves it! It arrived on time, and the quality/printing is excellent. He especially loves the personalization and full-bleed photo of his boys.

I wanted to love this, but I’ve had the keychain less than a week and the design fell out. Whatever Zazzle used to stick the design to the keychain was very weak.

The image piece came off when I opened the package. I put it back. Not happy with the product. The image seemed off centered. Quality of artwork not good.

If the orientation of your design is important, don't purchase this. Every mugs is aligned in a different way with the logo facing all different directions. As far as the cup itself, the lid cap does not seal completely.

Frankly, this item is rather cheesy and cheap appearing. One can tell it is poorly made. I am rarely disappointed by a product from Zazzle, but this one is not up to your usual standards.

I love the keychain itself but the artwork was not centered. So, kinda disappointed.

I had 2 tumblers made with the SAME COLOR Background. One came out RED ~ the other PINK. I don't understand why the onus is on ME to submit another design, and then use an issued a ne w credit (for how much?) for the new design?

Very cute and nice design, but A LOT smaller than expected. I was under the impression that but mugs were about 12oz capacity, but that's not the case. The round mug is about 8oz and the mug that has the cut out is only about 5oz. Cute as a gift for decorative purposes, but not reasonable to use as an actual mug

You have cut off the feet! !!! why???

My friend is battling cancer. I created a travel mug I hoped would cheer her up. Unfortunately, I did not realize one of the graphics I used was copy writed and my order was cancelled. I reworked the design and explained that I had hoped to get it to her before she started her cancer treatment and this would delay it. Zazzle Design Review expedited the order and she had it before she went into the hospital. She loves it. Thank you sooo much. It means a lot.
