My story begins....when I decided to draw a picture for a friend on her birthday. I don't know why...since at this point I had given up on drawing. Anyway she loved it so much that I was talked into letting people know I was open for commissions. Another friend took me up on that offer (the only person) and asked me to paint her a unicorn. Due to the bullying I received from an "art" teacher many years ago it was difficult mental journey. The unicorn in the banner is the one I made for her. After sharing that painting with family and friends I started receiving more requests for their own paintings. And no, they weren't all unicorns. haha Each request pushed me out of my comfort zone and it is exciting. Each completed project pushes me closer to healing mentally. I can't wait to see where my old love for drawing will take me. Thank you for checking out my store.
