⭐☆☆☆☆ I have been a Zazzle customer for over two years and have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on labels, stickers, and business supplies. This review is not based on a single bad order. It is based on repeated quality issues and a steady decline in customer service. Years ago, when problems occurred, I could speak to an actual person. On those occasions, Zazzle made things right, and I continued ordering because I believed the company stood behind its products. In fact, after one of those earlier issues, I gave Zazzle another chance and received a good order. Unfortunately, the problems returned. My recent label order arrived with colors that did not match the artwork I submitted. The print quality was blurry and fuzzy instead of sharp and professional. When I reached out for help, I was routed through AI chat instead of a human representative. I was told the labels would be reprinted because they had not been produced by the same printer that handled a previous successful order. That explanation made little sense to me. If one printer produced acceptable results and another did not, why wasn’t the order sent to the printer that had already proven capable of producing quality work? I was promised replacements. They never arrived. Then came my waterproof labels, which are more expensive products Zazzle offers. They were unusable. The labels were cut with visible white borders around the edges, my artwork does not have white borders. I will never order again!

These are absolutely not large food labels. They are a little bigger than a quarter. Waiting to hear back from the company hope this is resolved soon. As we need them asap

Great quality came on time package was wrap neatly.

This is not holographic stickers where it changes in the light like iridescent. Must change description . It is like a marbled pastel sticker

Hello! I just received my waterproof stickers yesterday and unfortunately the QR code is not scanning properly. I tested it with multiple phones/devices and none were able to read the code consistently. I believe the QR code may have printed too small or lost clarity during production. Since the main purpose of the sticker is for customers to scan and connect with my business, I wanted to reach out to see if a reprint or solution may be possible. Thank you so much for your help!

Adhesive/Waterproof Labels were not ordered. Order was corrected to Return Address Labels and font size was increased enough that now it can be read. Thanks for correction.

Great product came in new condition

Terrible design, low quality blurry printing. Can’t barely read font. The stickers themselves were good quality but unfortunately I cannot use them as I had intended. Waste of money on this design

These were not what was advertised. I thought they were fabric and much larger. They were paper stick ons and you couldn’t even see what was on the label. So unhappy with them

Print is extremely small and not very clear

These labels are cute but HORRIBLE quality. They don’t stick to anything. Bought for my baby to send things to daycare, and they have fallen off clothes and bottles, despite saying they are waterproof. Don’t buy.

I would have like the larger logo on all labels.

Look great, stick well, and have been through the wash without peeling or fading. Recommend.

The stickers came out perfect

Unclear template! Each row had to be repopulated with the image, instead of editing once and the whole sheet being that same image. As a result I have 5 usable stickers from each sheet. The second and third rows have my image on its white background- and the rest of the background is cream. I did not design it with a cream background. It looks unprofessional. I am so disappointed.

There is NO way to get a hold of the sender other than a review. I've ordered from them many times. Shipping is VERY expensive but labels are great- My order is not moving due to "Clearance Information being required" Please help by updating UPS ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!
