Mo Hotta Mo Betta has been in Savannah, GA since the year 2000. Father and son team, Jim & Jimmy Kelley, have combined their love of hot sauce with their extensive knowledge of food business to create and maintain the ORIGINAL HOT & SPICY FOOD COMPANY- SINCE 1989. Mo Hotta Mo Betta has been described as "not quite right" and we embrace that role of marching to the beat of a different drum.....a drum filled with fire and lava! Mo Hotta Mo Betta provides hot sauce lovers all over the world with the best and newest of all things hot!!

This is hands down my favorite of the Mo Hotta Mo Betta Zazzle sauces. It is rich, complex, not too hot, and has a dripper. This sauce is very liquidy and is like a combo of fish sauce, steak sauce, and hot sauce. Would be very good in British and Asian cuisine, but it's a winner all around. Would be great in chili and pulled pork as well.

I love, love, LOVE this sauce. It is a jalapeno sauce with a citrus kick. I'd recommend having this with Tex-Mex or Mexican food, with fish/seafood, or used as a marinade for meat. It's not too spicy for me, but your mileage may vary.

The awesome sauce (roasted habanero) is a fan fave. I love it, people at my office love it, people I live with love it. It's a really hot sauce, so if you want this sauce for more than just collection/display purposes, be sure you can handle the heat first. It might sound plain, but this sauce packs a punch, as the second hottest sauce in my portfolio.
