I ordered a medium and should have read the dimensions because it is bigger than I expected. I planned to use it as a purse but it's too big for that so I'll use it as a tote for my cross stitch projects. I am impressed with the quality of the bag itself. It feels well made even the strap and adjuster are heavy duty. I like the pockets inside especially the zippered one. As a suggestion some sort of closure on the bag itself would be a plus, I worry I will spill my stuff since it doesn't zip or snap closed. Hence using it as a purse would not be a good idea. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.About the PrintI am super happy with the print quality on my tote. I used a different photo on each side of the tote. Even though one photo warned me that quality of it printing might be pixeled, I am happy with it. I love that each photo runs all the way to the side. I used photos of my dog and personalized the lower corner with my favorite color and her name/breed. The colors are crisp.
