Exactly what I wanted. And it arrived two days before expected.

Never received my order I’m filing a claim

This was a great gift. Well received and valued. It now takes a spot in the special cabinet. I would recommend. The quality is terrific. Do it!

The ball I designed with the customer service representative, is not the ball that was sent to me. She used the dates, city, and country from 2022 that I ordered before, e.g. Johannesburg, South Africa instead of this years venue in Gaborone, Botswana. This needs to be fixed as I clearly stated and sent images and text that represents where the venue is being held this year of 2026. Please advise.

I paid expedited shipping which was not cheap just for it to not show up on time. Do not pay for speedy shipping it is a rip off. Should have been here by now and is still a ways from getting here.

I ordered 4 of these personalized footballs with wording on one side and 3 pictures on the other. These footballs came out SO MUCH BETTER THAN I COULD HAVE IMAGINED!! I could not be more impressed with this product. And they were ready and shipped ahead of the time they told me they would arrive!! I've used Zazzle for all sorts of products and they've NEVER disappointed. I can't say enough about this company! Thank you!

Sent someone else's ball. Tried to contact them, but their system is AWFUL! No option for telling them the wrong item was sent. You have to return item and order a new one..... you are treated like a new order and are at the end of the queue. After the long wait on the 1st order and the lack of any reasonable process to fix the problem....Christmas was missed. Terrible customer service!!!!
