I love the product, but the customer service dept. is horrible. I got a beach hitch also and they sent the wrong one. They haven't replaced it yet with the right one. Customer service was suppose to send me a e-mail on when to expect it and haven't heard a word!!

The colors are beautiful and the lettering for the name is perfect - not too big. The flask is just the right size too - baby bear: not too small, not too big.

This is a great item and very pretty. However, the one I received had a white stripe on the back that was about 3.5 inches wide, not the little white stripe in the photo. So, I had to have it re-made, which Zazzle did at no charge. So, overall, I am satisfied.

The product seems to be good quality. The Vinyl wrap is nice and looks very professional. I marked it down to 4 just because of the vinyl being white and I feel it stands out more in person than it does in the picture.
