Judy, is a pioneer in this style and her paintings are collected by both professional organizations and private collectors. Judy can amplify the drama of the moment in time. Her ability to see color in all facets of painting is apparent in her professional background in fine art. She holds a BFA degree from the prestigious Pratt Institute located in Brooklyn, New York and attended the Academy of art College in San Francisco for two years.
