Kalos Eidos

My store takes is name from the Greek words "kalos" (meaning beautiful) and "eidos" (meaning form). They are also the root words for kaleidoscope. I've always be fascinated by kaleidoscopes and kaleidoscopic imagery. I also love the fiber arts, my favorite items to make are crocheted doilies. Their repeating patterns are reminiscent of the repeating patterns in kaleidoscopes. I started making my own kaleidoscopic images some years back while in between jobs. Learning how to make the kaleidoscopic images led me to start making fractal images as well. I'm happy to have the opportunity to share them here on Zazzle!
