Janet Tlachac-Toonen is a Wisconsin author and illustrator of children's books. JT Colors carries her illustration artwork on fun bags that feature some of her original characters and scenes from her stories. Known for her vibrant use of colors, Janet uses watercolor, watercolor pencil, colored pencils and pen & inks to create the original artwork.
