About

Working in hospital wards as a research student was a profound experience, but it came with one heart-wrenching reality: witnessing the deep sadness, isolation, and depression that so many patients endured. It broke my heart to see how fleeting moments of joy were for those whose smiles only appeared during short visits from family or friends. Even more heart-rending were those who lit up only when they received a rare phone call from friend or family members. But the ones who neither received visits nor calls, remained engulfed in sorrow, left an indelible mark on my soul. This emotional turmoil inspired me to create something meaningful. I designed products adorned with symbols of medicine dose forms, revered for their role in delivering healing for as long as medicine has existed. These products carry messages of love, hope and encouragement from family members and friends who can't be there in person or stay on the phone with the sick for long. They serve as physical tokens of comfort, providing the sick with a tangible reminder that they are never alone in a disease fight. These symbols, ever-present and reassuring, are meant to lift their spirits and give them the strength to keep fighting against their illness.
