The photo's on the air freshener turned out so darn cute!! It's a great idea for that hard to choose a gift for person. Uploading photos was easy!! The only reason it came late was because the manufacturer place was hit by tornadoes! My daughter enjoyed receiving the product!

The printing on the photo turned out really clear without any distortion.

I placed a order Dec 4th & it finally “shipped” Dec 22nd. Tracking shows that it still hasn’t left the post office in NE. Never mind the fact these were some Christmas presents!

I got the package late. Ordered in November got in late December. The scent was wrong so that was a little disappointing but overall was a good purchase.

It came out the way I designed it. It was delayed a few times but obviously not their fault. But my goal was to have it for Chris and I ordered November and received after Christmas. Overall loved it.

My first order was lost during a tornado episode, but when this was found out, a replacement was shipped immediately!

My daughter loved this gift. It was fun to create and smells great!

I could smell it when opening the mailing packet it was sent in. Great product. 4 star because it did arrived two days late but it's okay. It was for my brother who had came in from out of town and package arrived a few hours after he left.

I ordered numerous personalized air fresheners on November 29. I never received them. I called and was told they would be expedited to me. and they were never sent. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend using Zazzle.

Suppose to have arrived almost 10 days ago..still hasn't and the tracking is never updated correctly...disappointed. especially when its a gift...

My order was never received. According to tracking only a shipping label was created. The package was never received by USPS. I contacted zazzle customer service and was promised that they would recreate my order, it would ship out in 4-5 business days ,and they would expedite shipping for free. That time has more than passed, my order has still not shipped and now no one will respond to me on a refund. Beyond disappointed with my missing order and the customer service of this company.

Never got it even though it said it shipped but tracking didn’t move for over two weeks, and when i reached out to customer support they said a new one would be shipped out with overnight shipping within 3-5 days and it’s been 5 days and so i go and check for an update only to see these are completely sold out and they just weren’t even going to tell me. shady company. what’s even sadder is i ordered this a month ago to avoid christmas issues. glad i got a taste of how this company operates before i decided to get wedding invites through them.

I ordered it over a month ago and i never got it. so i wanted a refund then they said they would send another and expedite the shipping instead of a refund and i said okay but then it still never showed up so i would never recommend this to anyone!

This is the 3rd freshener I've bought, besides many other products through Zazzle but this is the only item I've had an issue with. The tracking says item shipped and an estimated arrival date, but then when tracking package, it shows as "not picked up" after label was created... So there is a disconnect somewhere! UPS says to talk to shipper, which is supposed to be zazzle, but they are actually shipped by the company making them and they are not getting picked up for some reason? Very frustrating that I have to remember to wait until Zazzle is open (not in my time zone) to call them and have to constantly follow up! They will reorder but that delays it even further! I'm a paid zazzle black member so that I could get 2 day shipping, but when the 3rd party Zazzle is using doesn't comply, it doesn't help any! I was going to try selling these, I was getting these 3 as samples, but since I can't guarantee shipping for a customer and don't like having to constantly follow up, I won't be adding this product to my list sadly :(

The quality of the printing is very good, as clear as I could’ve expected it to be considering the material it’s printed on.

Exactly like the vintage air freshener I used to sell in my vintage guitar shop in the late 80's. My customers and employees loved them and "Bad Bones" became a store greeting.

I love that I was able to customize an air freshener, as I would much rather look at photos than a solid color tree. The smell is long lasting and great!

The printing is very good quality considering the material the freshener is made out of, definitely going to get more! (The attached photos are of it still in the plastic packaging so the quality of the photo my phone took doesn’t compare to the actual quality of it)
