Hello and Welcome to my little artsy design corner I call Connie's Designs by CLO. My name is Connie L Owens and I am a watercolor artist with a strong focus on horse art and western Americana. I also love creating contemporary art pieces with bright happy colors too. So, I hope you find an art design here that suits you to a tee! I live in Texas USA and have been a horse person for most of my life. I was involved in many different aspects of the horse community, but my favorite activity was just hanging out with the horse in a very calm environment.
