Hoouluwehi

Ho'ouluwehi reflects my passion for Hawai'i, my roots and home. "Ho'ouluwehi" in Hawaiian means to bedeck with plants; to and decorate. Part of the word ho'ouluwehi is "uluwehi" which meaning lush and verdant; a place where beautiful plants thrive. The ‘āina (land) and the elements of nature that surround me is both an artistic inspiration and a source of spiritual strength. I hope to translate and educate the spirituality of the Hawaiian culture, lifestyle, and the beauty of Hawai‘i into an artistic language that could be shared with the entire world.
