hiddenink is a process. The name represents the notes, sketches and research that goes into something before it becomes a presentable design. The depth behind the seemingly simple. I am captivated by the power of a single brush stroke or a blend of colours and how this can give life to something that would otherwise be purely functional. Inspired by architecture and the way it plays with light and shadow, I look for bold contrasts in my work that complement our everyday surroundings or reflect an individual personality. Although I have been approached by art galleries, I don't think the traditional gallery model allows for the freedom and flexibility to share art with the world. I realized, quite late on, that by selling my work online, I could reach a wider audience, have more control over the presentation of my work, and connect directly with customers who appreciated my style and vision. So, here I am on Zazzle, showcasing some of my work to customers that are looking for something different and respect my approach.
