Kelly as he is known as by his friends is a self-taught artist. A former Park Ranger, Kelly's works display a simple yet beautiful quality. Working primarily with watercolors and on rare occasions oils to capture his subjects, there is no hidden political agenda or abstract point of view, just an honest attempt to capture the realism of his subjects. Kelly's digital photos are manipulated by hand through the use of Twisted Brush to give them a painting/pastel effect. Kelly resides in Ashland, Ohio with his wife and three children. Also contained within this site are a collection of digital paintings produced by Kelly's youngest Child.
