Pretty disappointed in the quality of product sent. Looks pretty, already used and beat up for something brand new and intended as a gift :/.

Sadly colors are very very dark and almost look like one solid color. Unless you hold it under a light, the tartan pattern is very poor quality. Because this was a souvenir for a family reunion, we had to proceed. Very disappointed and NOT INEXPENSIVE.

Some of the tiles had light brown spots or a ding. I’ve ordered before and they were better.

Love these travertine coasters that we designed as keepsakes for visiting guests. The coaster has a cork backing so we plan to leave a special note on the back of the coaster, along with the date of their visit. Ordering and customization was so simple! Shipping was quick and the coasters turned out better than I imagined! I originally ordered one coaster as a sample—we are definitely ordering more!

The order was produced in the wrong color, twice. I am waiting to see if the third time works. Very frustrating.
