I really don’t understand what happened with my design somehow overlapping. I’ve contacted customer service with my displeasure. They are reporting this was how i designed it. I totally disagree.

The contrast of the pictures is completely off. The writing below cannot be read at all. In the preview, the outer rim was a lot lighter in the background, but this is what was delivered. Also, in the left picture, the hearts are not symmetrical the right one is a lot smaller and the left one is Stretched. Probably wasn’t centered correctly while printing. Would not order this again

Contact number, I included, not printed and item itself does not hold closed Top number is cut off on the picture. In general All pictures it would be good to have quality control. See that it does not come out as it does in your proof. At that point, you don’t send it out and offer money back. On the large label, it is your sample. It is hard to copy the partially violet dog you created.
