The customer experience was excellent. The puzzle looks as I anticipated. The only thing I would suggest is to make the picture bigger for comparison when putting it together.

This neoprene sleeve is snug and and well made. The zippers work great and I feel confident the sleeve will protect my laptop for years to come. Only wish is that the print was on both sides -- even still, love the quality!

The quality was amazing and there is a glossy finish which is beautiful. The pieces qere sturdy and not flimsy. There were 3 pieces that were stuck together so I had to cut into them to make them seperate pieces.

Printing was good. The only thing i was unable to do when purchasing online is get the color changed from purple to blue. So even though it states any color in the description, purple was the only option provided. Overall, very pleased.
