The quality of the puzzle is not good. The pieces do not fit together well. We are avid puzzlers so would not order one again. We did not even finish the puzzle.

I ordered 4 of these and they are horrible. The photo of the product is deceiving. I expected the stand to be attached to the frame but instead it was separate and needed to be attached. When I tried to attach it, it did not fit in an of the holes on the back of the frame. Worst of all, there are no instructions.

I love the magnets. I purchased 2 for a previous family cruise.

I ordered one for a gift and when I got it, I wish I would’ve ordered two, so had to order another one for the other household. The dogs go back-and-forth and are very spoiled like most of our fur babies. 💖🐾

The pad separated from the magnet within 2 days. Very, very disappointed as they were not cheap and took awhile to arrive.

I purchased this notebook because I loved the cover photo so much! I plan to take it off the notebook and frame it. So that is the only reason I would pay that much for a notebook. And on the flip side, a great cost for a framed photo that I will enjoy every day!

Great book delivery service is always great

I was really excited to order this guest book. I personalized it to match our wedding invitation because I wanted something that would remind me of it for years to come. I spent hours making sure everything was correct — checking the colors, spacing, and layout carefully before placing the order. When it arrived, it was really disheartening. The color of the heart was completely wrong, even though it is one of our two wedding colors. I reached out to Zazzle about it, and to their credit, they were very kind and helpful about replacing it. Before reordering, I adjusted the color to be much lighter so there would be no way it could print incorrectly. I even selected the “print-friendly” color option. Unfortunately, I received the replacement today, and while the color is slightly closer, it is still far darker than what was shown online. Even worse, the wording is now overlapping the floral design on the side. I specifically made sure that issue was corrected before ordering, and I even have screenshots showing the approved layout. I was really hoping to have the perfect guest book for my fiancé and me, and at this point I’m honestly just sad and disappointed. I do not want to spend more money, and I am quickly running out of time before the wedding. If someone from Zazzle happens to read this and is able to help with a rushed correction or replacement, I would truly appreciate it. Otherwise, I may unfortunately have to use the incorrect one. I had such high hopes for this.
