So small I can’t use it.

Beautifully printed and wonderful presentation. Sadly the backing isn't strong enough to hold the weight of the notepad. I gave them as gifts and all four notepads came away from the backing and magnet.

Good quality, just what I was looking for.

This was not what I ordered! This is not even a picture! Im so disappointed. This was going to be at my wedding! I spent alot of time uploading and organizing my pictures. I ordered the Family photo college w/ 15 pictures and Writing. The pictures I have screenshots of are how I designed this. When it said the picture numbers and layout, this is what I expected. Again, I spent alot of time on this. The site wasn't easy to upload to and organize to begin with and I get this sent to me! I want a refund, or my actual order sent to me.

The image was adorable, but the quality of the puzzle was poor. Interlocking was terrible and I had to repeatedly put the pieces back together. When gluing, it was a challenge. Pieces kept coming out and the glue leaked to the backside through the interlocking. But then, the puzzle wasn't actually 16 x 20 but 15 1/2 by 19 1/2. I had found the perfect frame, but the puzzle was 1/2 by 1/2 too small. It's with a frame maker trying to correct. I've been puzzling and framing for 30 + years and I've never had this before. And I hope I never do again. Add $150 for the frame maker to repair.

The magnets were crooked and some of the white space was showing. Also the top text was almost cut off and uneven on a few cards. I paid for design insurance but this was more an execution issue. Maybe too rushed? I paid a lot for the design fee, expedited service to only receive bad quality product.

Did with my dad for his 96TH birthday!! He enjoyed the race horse puzzles!!

Ordered this as a gift. It arrived damaged. I contacted customer service about it and requested it be remade. Disappointingly, I never heard another word.

Hello I am missing one piece of this puzzle located in the person,s neck area adjoining the red stripped shirt is it possible to get that piece or do have to send another puzzle?

Great puzzle for senior dad! (96 years young!)

I received this photo frame and it was damaged because the bubble yellow parcel bag was damaged too. Although I received the replacement (new photo frame) the corners of the photo frames were scratched a little bit because the bubble yellow parcel bag was damaged as well. I am quite disappointed. I had been ordered those photo frames from Zazzle couple times and those photo frames were shipped in the boxes, so they were protected very well. I think I won't purchase anymore products from Zazzle anymore because they use the yellow bubble bags for shipping right now and it is not goid enough to protect the products.
