I ordered a custom puzzle from Zazzle. They got it wrong FOUR times! The first time, the image didn’t fill the puzzle. The second time they sent me the wrong puzzle. The third time, I had three pieces left over that wouldn’t fit anywhere, plus a piece from an unrelated puzzle. The fourth time, one of the border pieces was missing. And to top it all off, Zazzle refused to give me a refund, because I had opted for a replacement puzzle on the first order. I have purchased three puzzles from Zazzle previously, with no problems, so I don’t have a clue as to what their problem is this time around. I would NOT recommend buying any puzzles from Zazzle, custom or otherwise. There are plenty of other photo puzzles companies out there, so I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Regular buyer off the product- no complaints there. Disappointed that my order of 3 had to be shipped in two separate shipments due to only 2 being included in first mailing.

I ordered this as a gift for a friend that lost her cat of 20 years. It was made and delivered within a matter of days. I would definitely order from this seller again!

I messed up. I wanted white paper inside with lines, so I can't use the book
