I normally love zazzle, and I was very pleased at how quickly I got this product. However, the top right image is crooked. I used zazzle’s template and just uploaded the images in each square so this shouldn’t have happened. I also think the presentation could have been better. The image was just slapped onto the box, and it was crooked with a barcode that’s slightly cut off. Anyway, I’ll still purchase from zazzle, but slightly disappointed on this one.

Love this item so much! It’s hard finding fun gifts for a Titanic obsessed six-year-old, so I was really excited to find this. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because one of the puzzle pieces was missing. Otherwise, it’s perfect!

Had Christmas with my parents last weekend and I gave this to my dad and he loved it and can’t wait to start on putting it together.

The production of the jigsaw puzzles in my most recent orders was okay. The photo colors don’t seem as brilliant as the photos I used to create the puzzle. The biggest bugaboo and biggest disappointment (this is not the first time I have commented and requested improvement) is the appearance of box the puzzle is in!!! These are Christmas presents. A little larger box like what you find for a puzzle you buy in a store would be nice. A picture of the puzzle covering the top of the box! All the Zazzle info and specs can go on the bottom of the box. It is such a shame to ruin the puzzle presentation with that on the cover. In this case (picture above) the picture is upside down from the junk Zazzle around it!!! Very disappointing!! Now I have to cut away the excess info. I would like to give a gift that I created and that I am proud of. PLEASE reconfigure box cover photo to just be picture!!! Put the puzzle particulars & Zazzle on the bottom. In many of your other products you can choose to delete Zazzle. I hope for better things in the future.

THE ITEM WAS GREAT BUT THE FACT THAT I WAS CHARGED A SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE THAT WAS ALMOST FITY PERCENT HIGHER THAN THE ITEM ITSELF IS INSANE. WILL THINK ABOUT FUTURE PURCHASES
