Had initially ordered this door marker for a group cruise we were taking. Should have arrived in plenty of time but never made it. The tracking said it was at our local post office but went there and they said it was not there. Upon our return from the trip again contacted Zazzle and they overnighted a replacement. The customer service was excellent, only had they offered this solution the first time I contacted them I would have had the original one in time!

The printing turned out fabulous! I am thankful that I had not ordered it date specific or the replacement would have been useless!

Very pleased with this notepad. Nice size and lots of pages. Paper is nice quality, i can use it to write extra notes inside a card. Or use it to just take notes on the phone.

Printing turned out great on this one, probably because the paper is white to beign with, the colors came out bright and clear.

The cover is appealing and durable. I was not at all impressed with the blank pages in the book. I was expecting name and gift lines. This is a regular notepad with a baby shower cover.

I purchased this note pad for my daughter to use at her office desk. It's so colorful, has high quality paper content and it's just perfect for her to send memos, write notes and "to-do" reminders.

Another gorgeous story-telling puzzle to frame on my wall. It's effortless to assemble and the colors are so beautiful. There's something nostalgic about it even though I've never been to Japan but I do love the culture. Absolutely charming to look at everyday.

I made this for myself from one of my paintings. I will probably get a few more for using as advertising gifts. Good color, nice printing. I think they would make great save the date or wedding magnets, not with my art, lol, but the magnets themselves.

I liked how the pieces aren’t your standard puzzle piece. They have funky shapes that make it fun to put together.

The puzzle ended up being glossy which I guess maybe that’s specified and I didn’t realize, but either way I was really pleased when I put it together! I think having it glossy makes the colors pop.

I was very happy with this puzzle. The quality is great and the personalized photo made it fun to do!

Was not printed straight as shown on the box or preview of order.

Printing picture and backing quality were good, but the printing was crooked and I lost 1.5 inches on each side when i had framed to make it appear straight.

I love that you can find such endearing pictures that mean something to the family. We've purchased several puzzles from Zazzle for that reason. I knocked off one star because of minor quality issues with the pieces. Several were not separated from each other completely and the fit of the pieces is not tight. As a result, the puzzle is a little unstable while being worked because it does not lock into place tightly. Nonetheless, I'll probably buy more in the future if the right image fits the occasion.

All arrived on time, every bit a delight for my frig to remember our Christmas times together.
