The book is beautiful and arrived on time as indicated. My only issue is that I reached out for assistance and received help with the photo although two images were present and no one got rid of the one in the background and it printed with the head slightly chopped off which was in the background. The photo I got help was overlaid on top.

The puzzle is a gift for my son, so I haven't put it together. But, the pieces look to be good quality and I'm happy with that. However, customer service left something to be desired. Zee (the virtual assistant) couldn't provide the help I needed and the human agent, after waiting several hours for a response, didn't answer my question through email and didn't see fit to call me even though I provided my telephone number. Somehow, I was able to complete the project through trial and error. If only someone could have called me, it would have been more efficient and simpler.

Image quality was perfect. My only complaints are the image was cropped more than expect and the puzzle pieces do not fit together tightly.

Pic #2 is what I ordered. Pic #1 is what I received. As you can see the cutter is cutting into the hair and hat. I'm hoping they'll redo it correctly.

The box of puzzle pieces was to boxes put together that could have fallen out, while the puzzle look cool, the finish on the pieces and box wasn’t glossy. It was wasn’t glossy meaning if you touch it to many times or put it together while drinking something it could smear

The picture turned out well, but the overall quality was terrible. One of the lines of text was left off of over 30 of the items.

Zazzle and company do outstanding work! I had a small problem with my order and they fixed me up right away. The more I use Zazzle the better I am at creating wonderful items. The people who created this for me did a lovely job, but I will be making a new one for my friend. This was for a milestone birthday as we have been friends forever. I should've picked a better photo. Thank goodness the price was right so I can make a new one that will highlight our friendship even better.

The notebook was bound with front back flipped to back, so the binding interfered with how the notebook closed. I notified Zazzle and they replaced the notebook with another with the same problem. The art work is so cute, too bad the notepaper is the cover.

There Were Mistakes On This Order.

This turned out beautifully - outside is a soft touch buttery material, feels amazing. Such great quality especially for the price! I’ll be purchasing all of my paper wedding materials from here.
